 Leo Lambriex was feeling frustrated.

Goodmorning St Maarten, I Really Hope You Read All of This Down To The End Its So Important All Our Lives Depend On This!
Comparison of damages from IRMA on St Maarten & Maria on St Thomas you can say were hit almost about equal! St Thomas was hit after we were yet is still 100% ahead of the game with being ready for business.
Yes cleanup efforts were great, but not greatly organized!
We have many issues why our November 5th didn't become a reality, all have to do with Ministry TEATT & VROMI!
How can we be ready and front street some are under full construction and others not even attempted to start rebuild? Many were at ground zero but have already repaired and rebuilt and are now ready while many still stay idle....
Why cruise guest choose ships in winter months to cruise the Caribbean?! Warm Climate and Beautiful Beaches....
What Beaches do we have to offer? Greatbay & that's it?
Why does St Thomas already have it's economy starting to catch itself and ships returning?
They ensured all clean up was done along all touristic routes and areas visited. They opened 3 beaches with all facilities and amenities needed! It was so important to have that even Cruiseline got involved and assisted in this URGENT EFFORT TO BE COMPLETELY READY!
This paid off for them as for November they will have 20+ ships.
Other issues like debris along major roads like in front Greatbay Hotel. Or Burnt Car Wreck on Link 2.. Boat wrecks along major road ways still there... Harold Jack lookout normally already a busy area now for last 1month or more with debris and debris and constrcuction also making area unsafe not because of IRMA but our Government.... Front Street dug up not because of IRMA but our Government..... Two dump sites in both Cole Bay by movies, and Simpsonbay by Kimsha are although barred off a huge distraction and eyesore aswell as at KIMSHA A HAZARD for beach goers..... Dangerous potholes around many of road ways like Belair corner, Cole Bay corner by Tropicana, and much more.....
These are all issues that our Government could have ensured to have repaired/resolved through their appointed MINISTERS responsible!
Well I think we all should know our delay in getting back to normal is the Government who is not focused and prioritized.
The trickle down effect:
•No ships = No p.p. head tax! How much revenue lost there alone?! 135,000 × $ ? = $ ??? (finance minister? teatt minister?)
•Over 45 various ship calls cancelled until 1st Ship returns. 45 ships x 3000 (average amt not exact and might be A lot more akso) = 135,000 cruisers imagine how nice that would have been for our economy!
•No TOT being collected by all who depend on Tourism! Bus companies, Tour Companies, Indian Merchants & Many Other Stores. (Finance minister? What's average lost if you compare 2016 to have an idea for same October, November, December?)
•No Wage Taxes, Szv, Aov for all who were laid off?! (Finance minister? What's average lost if you compare 2016 to have an idea for same October, November, December?)
For sure we in the MILLIONS (WHICH COULD BE USED TO PUT BACK INTO ECONOMY AND ASSIST MANY HOMELESS AND ROOFLESS FAMILIES)
SOMETHING MUST BE DONE! PEOPLE WE MUST HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE!
All of ABOVE are ISSUES are things that were promised to have SOLUTION and RESOLVE to our Cruise Partners yet we have NOT MADE A MOVE YET! This WHY NO SHIPS YET!
