1st decent couch in place 53..

 Perfect Mother ship/Support boat in the making..  Sleeps 10 easy..

Will it pass through doorway, yeah no sweat..

Transport Hope Estate 2 Island Water World.

Needed 1 more 18mm plate of Multiplex, which IWW delivers with this dinghy 2 boat..

So couch could come along..  Thanks IWW boys, girls etc.. 😎

Voila..  

Will make couch fit better so can go 'back' 2 front .5m more..  There perfect space for big bed, at height of back couch..

Couch will get left and right also couches..  so couch in U shape..  

Wide screen next 2 mast will be able to rotate..  front or back ..  between mast and entry.. VERY big space...  kitchen with table(/workbench) for 10, gym, office space etc..

Couch sleeps 3 if necessary, front bed probably also sleeps 3 easy (with bigger windows then this, so view from bed while laying down..)

So 6 before mast, 2x2 in aft cabins (also with windows for view) which will have big en-suites..

Little bit of work but nice 2 see first signs of how it should be..

a 53ft aft cockpit..  very easy access   

Draft min 1.65m, max 3.0m...   

if I ever get the centre board down..  (stuck...)

 

So plan was make 53 sailing again 

and fit 2 be mother ship for racing boat.. 

Could sleep 8 easy 

and port side of interior for sail storage etc..

 buy any Racer, 

          no interior needed..

Mast not paid for for years 

and damaged by JC's people Jim claims..  

JC wants 3000e cash for 4 years storage..  

Rigger Arthur says track for furling main (furls in boom) 

on mast is damaged beyond repair..

So nice

Jim, wive and kid overstayed there welcome because they did not move 2 Dominican Republic (was supposedly reason for sale), 

could not find affordable space..  

 

Then I got app that they had left 53 

and set 3 bombs of

  in futile effort 2 chase their live stock out..

NEVER heard or seen any thing of Jim any more..

Had 2 find everything out my self, no hand over, nothing..

Very descent people.. 

Thanks a lot, for all the fuck ups and twisting the truth like a juvenile master..

Paid the same 10 he paid for it, 

in sailing condition etc 8 or 10years ago when Jim bought it, 

but I did not know so may things can can be fucked up 

(everything) 

in one single boat..
