On the Hard.. repairs and a lick of paint.. and My Song.. from London..

Last weekend the support of my prop shaft broke, so a lot of shaking when running engine..

No choice..  got out of water..

Thru Dutch bridge into lagoon, Frans (thanks Frans) along side with his wife's dinghy pushing/pulling Condor..
Thru Causeway bridge
In the lift..

 Final Parking spot..
And after cleaning up etc....

The problem obvious..  a gap...
I think the support was 2 short, so it was cut and the plate was put in to make prop shaft aligned better..  And then they used 2 bolts to fit shit back together.. BUT that's not enough and bolts break...
So gone weld thing together now...
Hope that will put shit finally permanently to bed...
Unfortunately they parked the Condor on the keel..  wich I asked not to do (if wood is in middle no problem, but to much pressure on back of keel is no good..)..  now need to weld connection keel/hull again..

Below situation and repairs when same happened in Bonaire Sept 2014 (Repair by Lelle..)

2 bolts (go in from bottom when shaft is out) can not hold shit together unfortunately

This is way it should look..
View from deck of Condor..  airport strip very close..
Very white unmarked plane...?
